Flat fees: Most cases follow the flat fees listed below.
Cost control: Total costs increase only if the case progresses. We aim to resolve cases early whenever possible.
Transparency : The inclusion of a stage-based framework and flexible consultation packages and add-ons helps manage client expectations.
Additional services and add-ons
Some cases may require extra support based on their complexity or the counterparty’s level of cooperation. These services are offered as needed to ensure comprehensive support:
Legal consultation package: €150 per package. Includes preparation, 30 minutes of lawyer consultation, and a follow-up with the recommendation.
Additional jurisdictions package: Extra €150 for multi-territory cases.
Extra negotiation round: Extra €150 for additional arguments to persuade the counterparty if they initially refused to co-exist.
Negotiation stage payment structure
During the Negotiation stage, the fee is split into two payments: the second payment applies only if the counterparty agrees to negotiate co-existence. In the complex cases, an additional fee of €150 may apply for one extra consultation package to ensure required support. Two-part payment:
First payment before sending the initial response.
The second payment if the counterparty agrees to negotiate coexistence.
