Can I submit an invoice as a trademark specimen?

An invoice can be an acceptable trademark specimen for services (classes 35-45). However, it must include the trademark and clearly describe the services delivered. If the examiner can't tell what services you offer from the invoice, they might refuse your specimen.

Please note that invoices are never acceptable as specimens for goods (classes 1-34).
