An office action does not outright mean your trademark application cannot proceed further to registration. Rather, it notifies you of all possible deficiencies contained within the application.
A resolution of an office action is heavily dependent on the issue/s raised. Some office actions might only require a simple clarification or amendment to the defined details. In general, it's advised to use the help of a legal representative, who will be able to assist you with the resolution by submitting a response in the proper language.
